Henry Acciani, founding partner of O’Connor, Acciani & Levy revisited his former college, Chase College of Law, as a Distinguished Guest Professor to share his experience as a trial attorney with aspiring law students. Mr. Acciani graduated from Chase College of Law back in 1979 when the college was located in Park Hills, Kentucky. The college is now located on the campus of Northern Kentucky University. He taught a Torts class. He answered students’ questions after class and also had a roundtable discussion with students, who will be lawyers in the future. “I found the guest professor experience to be energizing and rewarding. It was uplifting to see today’s Chase law students engaged and interested in how tort law developed and the important role it plays in today’s society. The future of law is in good hands.” After his college days at Chase College of Law, Mr. Acciani became a Top 100 Attorney of The National Trail Lawyers and a Super Lawyer of Ohio Super Lawyers magazine. He is a member of the law school’s Board of Visitors and a part of the advisory panel to the dean. Mr. Acciani works on behalf of personal injury victims and takes on cases involving debt reorganization and bankruptcy, Social Security, and estate and probate matters.
