The Cincinnati Police Department have released details on a fatal SUV vs. motorcycle accident that took place at approximately 4 pm on Thursday afternoon in Avondale. According to the statement, the victim Mr. Timothy Daviswas riding a 2003 Suzuki motorcycle that was struck by Ms. Marie Willingham, a 77 year old motorist driving a 2010 Jeep Liberty SUV. It's believed that Mr. Davis was hit by the SUV as it was trying to turn across traffic and into a parking lot. The 44 year old victim was taken to University Medical Center by fire crews, but later died from injuries that were sustained in the Cincinnati car crash.
