Local Cincinnati Police have revealed details on a Cincinnati car accident that took place early on Friday morning involving 23 year old Mr. Robert Harvey and a homeless man as Mr. Harvey lost control of his vehicle while traveling on Interstate 471. According to reports, Mr. Harvey's vehicle careened off the highway, down an embankment and into a bridge, where it struck Mr. Fred Dier. It's reported that the driver of the vehicle fled the scene and was later apprehended by local Police, where he told authorities that he was driving 30 mph over the posted speed limit.
